Dansk AMP enters into Nordic stock exchange co-operation

Dansk AMP offers its companies parallel admission to trading at AktieTorget in Sweden, which means access to the strong Swedish share market

The companies admitted to Dansk AMP are given access to a new Nordic stock-exchange platform thanks to a recently concluded co-operation agreement between Dansk AMP and the equivalent Swedish stock exchange for small and medium-sized companies, AktieTorget.

The first two companies from Dansk AMP, the labelling company Klimax and the airlaid company Danish Airlaid Technology, expect parallel admission to trading already during the first half of 2007. In April/May, these companies will conduct a road show in Sweden where they will visit several of the regional “aktietorg” so that Swedish investors may get to know the companies.

”In future, Dansk AMP will be able to offer our admitted companies admission to trading at AktieTorget as a supplement to their admission to Dansk AMP. This means that we can offer the Danish companies full Nordic exposure, a significantly widened market platform and stronger share liquidity”, says Søren Thestrup, CEO, Dansk AMP.

Exposure to new investors
AktieTorget has more than 60 Swedish companies admitted to trading and is part of the joint Nordic trading system Saxess. Via this co-operation, the companies at Dansk AMP are thus also given access to a highly integrated trading system that is applied throughout the financial sector in the Nordic countries.
